Satisfaction survey

UK Visa & Immigration's MP Account Management teams aim to provide a first-class service to all MPs on immigration and border related enquiries.

As part of our commitment to continuously to improve this service, we seek the views of MPs and their offices on the standard of service received and suggestions on how it can be improved.
